Seen by Ghanasi
We went there. It's real.
The Seen by Ghanasi badge means someone from the Ghanasi team visited in person and checked it, with the date of the visit. Nobody can buy it or give it to themselves.
We visit the room and meet the caretaker or landlord. What we check:
- Room exists and matches the photos
- Price and advance confirmed with the landlord or caretaker
- Water and light checked
- Caretaker or landlord met in person
- Phone number answered by the lister
- MoMo name matches the lister's name
Rooms get taken fast, so the badge lasts 30 days. If the price or photos change, it comes off until we visit again.
See rooms we've visitedWe visit the shop and meet the people behind it. What we check:
- Shop exists at the listed area
- Owner or staff met in person
- Items in their ads seen in the shop
- Phone number answered by the shop
- MoMo name matches the shop or owner
The badge lasts 6 months, then we visit again.

See everything we've visitedStill be careful. The badge shows what we saw on the day. Always see the room or item yourself before paying, never pay a deposit to someone you haven't met, and rent advance above 6 months is against the Rent Act. Safety guide
Caretakers, landlords, agents and shop owners: post your ad for free, then message us. We come, check, and add the badge. It's free.
