1. What Ghanasi is

Ghanasi is a platform where people and businesses advertise items and services. We are not a party to any sale, we don't hold money, and we don't guarantee items, sellers or buyers.

2. Your account

You must give a working email address and keep your account secure. One person may not run many accounts to get around our rules.

3. Posting ads

• Ads must be for real items or services in Ghana that you have the right to sell.
• Use your own photos and an honest description and price.
• Every ad is reviewed. We may refuse, edit the category of, or remove any ad.
• Ads run for 60 days and can be renewed.

4. Not allowed

Weapons and ammunition, drugs and controlled medicines, counterfeit money or documents, stolen goods, fake branded goods, wildlife products, adult services, pyramid or investment schemes, and anything illegal in Ghana. Ads that ask buyers to pay before seeing an item are not allowed.

5. Scam reports

Only report what really happened to you. Reports are checked before they are published. False reports are removed and can get an account suspended.

6. Ending accounts

We may suspend accounts that break these terms, post scams or abuse other users.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Ghanasi is not liable for losses from dealings between users. Follow our safety guide and never pay in advance.
